Redneck Academy is a Star Trek Online fleet
for newbies, by newbies.
We offer aspiring Starfleet Captains the opportunity to participate in team operations (Elite fleet battles and STFs) without fear of discrimination against new or casual players. If you're new to Star Trek Online and wish to expand your knowledge and capabilities as a starship Captain, you've come to the right place.
If you're previously afraid of joining a guild due to strict rules and regulations, or concerned if you might feel alienated talking to strangers on the wrong side of the globe, worry not.

OPERATIONS
Unlike most existing STO guilds, Redneck Academy is not a pretend-military organization. Be who you wish to be. Fly how you wish to fly. It's a role-playing game you're in, anyway.
We are all pilots here, and we look out for each other. That's all there is to our code of conduct.
In this fleet, the NEWBIES call the shots and the veterans protect and serve. Just as it should be in Star Trek; it is undeniably part of a Starfleet Officer's ethos that he or she shall assist those in need without askance, profit, or ulterior motive.
Starfleet protocol exists for protection and development
of the next generation of her Officers.
